I have spent my career leading in high-scrutiny, high-pressure environments where decisions carry real consequences, behaviour is visible, and leadership is tested daily. This experience has given me a deep understanding of governance, leadership, communication and the realities of operating in complex stakeholder environments.
I am a certified Advanced Practitioner in Executive and Leadership Coaching and am passionate about supporting leaders to navigate challenge, build confidence and lead with clarity and purpose. I have a particular interest in supporting women in leadership. I am committed to ethical leadership, sound decision-making, transparent communication and creating environments where people, organisations and communities can thrive.
