Queen Energy Leadership Framework

The Queen Energy Coaching Model™ Queen Energy emerged from my lived experience leading in high-pressure public roles, and my work supporting women across politics and executive leadership, informed by my own leadership development and mentoring. It is grounded in the lived realities of women navigating power, scrutiny and complex institutional systems and offers practical frameworks for leading with authority and composure. The model integrates identity, emotional intelligence, communication and power dynamics to help women lead with authority, composure and strategic influence. Who the program is for Queen Energy is for women leading in complex and at times hostile environments — where leadership involves politics, scrutiny, power dynamics and emotional labour. This includes women working in:

- Politics and public office

- Governance and boards

- Executive and senior management

- Highly visible public roles

- Power-driven organisational systems

- Complex institutional cultures.

These are environments where women are expected to perform, influence, regulate emotions, manage conflict and maintain credibility — often without support, protection or psychological safety. Queen Energy exists to help women lead powerfully inside these realities without burning out, shrinking or self-betraying.
